I have in-depth construction knowledge from working directly with both developers and builders in the Dallas, Texas, and Jacksonville, Florida, real estate markets. I have also specialized in waterfront homes for nearly 14 years. I have been around real estate all my life. My grandfather and great-grandfather owned a real estate company in Nebraska for more than 80 years. You could say real estate is in my blood; it just comes naturally. My Midwest upbringing and values, combined with the 14 years of real estate experience have made me a savvy real estate professional.
